I need to order the ujoints and cv joint for the front stock drive shaft.

Anyone order these in Spicer brand lately? If so, from who? And do u have the part numbers?

The re-gear has come to a grinding halt.....wrong size ring gear bolts. Looks like the Jeep is living in Indy for awhile longer.

I've come to the conclusion that once the re-gear and body lift are done, I'm done, with modifications. I'm going to enjoy the Jeep and maintain the Jeep, but mods aren't something that'll be topping my to do list for quite sometime.

What else need be done to your Jeep? With the 35s, there isn't much it can't accomplish.
If you ask Kevin there's plenty left to do. I just wanna wheel it, somewhere cool, at least one week a year.

That's an expensive toy for just one week a year. You need to get it out at least one weekend a month!
I didn't say it would only be once a year....but there's no way it'd be monthly.

Last Thursday I took my Jeep down to Kevin, in Ottawa, I never thought that I'd return home to this:

This thing was approaching town as I dropped the wife off at home. I hopped in my squad and went to the west edge of town, to see that it was heading north east, missing town, but not the subdivisions to the west of us, or the farms to the north and east of us. This beast was on the ground for 20 miles. I got real close, and it took out a house about 1-minute before I got there. The residents were climbing out of the basement when I pulled into the drive of their now flattened home. Thankfully they were fine.

Over 30 homes were destroyed in Ogle County, and the entire town of Fairdale (50 homes) was destroyed, in Dekalb County.

This something I don't need to see again in my lifetime.

Just want to shed some light one this, since I am the one helping with the install. Yukon Thick D44 gears should be doubled drilled for 3/8 and 7/16 bolts. After speaking with Chase at East Coast Gear Supply he said they have been that way for at least 3 years. So he stop including both size bolts in the master install a while back. Some how we got gears that were only drilled for 7/16, and the master had 3/8.

Chase being him is overnighting us the correct bolts free of charge, and is going to check with Yukon to make sure this never happens again on his end. This is yet another reason I will never buy drive line parts from anyone else. He has never done me wrong and always gets me the best prices.:thumbsup:

Just give me your jeep and $$$ and I will have that thing stretched 5" in the rear (100wb) and a Tummy Tuck under it. Then you will never have to touch the jeep again till its time for some Tons and 40's.
You wont have to worry about a think, Ill take care of it all. I need some money so I can buy new truck wheels. Those 37" need to be mounted to something. :D

That storm flooded my basement but It could have been much worse, luckily all we got was a metric ton of rain.

It would be a good week to put the top down on the Jeep, but since it's in the shop I guess I'll have to "settle" for the Harley.

The carrier stays. Gears would be available.
Umm about that. Your gears are not for sale. Pinion was stuck in the housing and we f*** up the threads beating the hell out of it to get it out. We tired to save them but it was hopeless.
