It's a waste of money, they only review that way because the don't want to admit they wasted $65 on something, they could have spent on something useful. They only way to improve the your mileage is to drive nice, and the only way to get more power is to add a V8. If you have larger than stock tires a regear would bring you back into the power band.

Does nothing. Tried it on 3 vehicles back when it was on TV for like hours every night... Did nothing for a V6 F body, and Grand-Am Quad 4, or a Zx2. Just more junk.

i got 500 hp and 300 mpg with my tornado, calibrated with my ButtDyno 2000. beware tho, you need a VTEC sticker on the windshield & fresh muffler bearings for this kind of gain.
