I googled "phone number 129" and it looks like a lot of people get spam text messages from that number. I wouldn't worry about it. Its obviously not a real person because it is only a 3 digit number.

 

3 digit numbers are given to text message "mailing lists"

 

I used to leave pager messages on ppls phones that says "I'm behind you" and it gives you the option to change your phone number.

Works every time haha
