Went with a new set of Toyo M/T's. 35x13.50x15. I have about 40,000 miles on my 33 inch Toyo's and really like the performance of them so there was no question that I wanted another set. Can't wait to get them dirty!!!

Observations:

1.) Those have 40,000 miles on them? They still look like they've got 30,000 to go. That is EXCELLENT tread life, especially for a MT tire. The only tire I've personally seen that did better than yours are my buddy's BFG KMs which he put 80,000 miles on before one of them finally went down.

2.) 35" Toyos (some of the heaviest MTs on the market) on a 4.0L engine with 4.11 gears has to be miserable to drive. What's the 0-60 time? A couple of minutes? :D

I drive this "miserable" thing every day. It gets around town great. On the freeway it cruises 75 mph without a problem. I even tow a 19 foot Bayliner with it. It's actually a great compromise for on and off road performance.

I was just messin' with ya'... Don't take offense. But for the record...how much weight it takes to balance means nothing. You're still running around with 400 lbs. worth of wheels/tires on a vehicle that gets maybe 120 horsepower to the wheels and is shaped like a barn with a factory gear ratio. If you don't think it's miserable it must be because your last Jeep was a 4-cylinder. :) I've owned every Jeep that Jeep has built since 1987 at some point... I know how it must be to drive that thing every day.

But again, I was just trying to make conversation.. not picking on your Jeep. I like it...and I like your tires.

Unless all the parts are falling off your Jeep because your 14oz left front tire which is kinda round and your 10oz right rear tire which is more round than your front tire shake so badly that you can't really go above 65. Eventually the 120 HP barn will catch you. And pass you  If you're going far enough.

you can't go wrong with TOYO tires.. they seem to never wear out, and they WILL go anywhere, through anything.. and get better traction on ice and snow than any other tire out there.. I get mine at Les Swalb's

So I know this is an old thread, but I'd rather ask here than make a new one. Does anyone running the 35x13.50r15 Toyo mt's know the actual height? Or can someone please get it? I've searched all over the place, but can't find anything other than Toyo's stated 34.8" I would really like to have a true 35" tire at least, if not 37's. As good of a tire that my km2's are it just really bothers me that it doesn't even measure 34" they were like 33â…ť" when I measured them one day and that was at 35psi.
