Yes, there is...at least there is on my 92.
I honestly don't know if the 95 is any different.

It's in the d/s rear corner of the engine bay, close to the computer that is mounted on the firewall.
My scan tool reads everything just fine.

 

No. Listen to the guy with the mullet in the video The link that Que posted up is a good one to read.

 

Its in the same place Zeus. If you are just looking for fault codes the the method I posted will give you the exact same codes. If you have a scan too though, you can actually look at the voltages on the sensors. It is a big advantage when you have the sensor that fails in a normal operating range and doesnt thow a fault code. You can actually see the sensor value not changing.

I was about to say... with OBDI you only need to do the ignition wiggle trick. None of this "scanning" business.

 

The place to hook the scanner up is in the buddle of wires above the computer on the fire wall.
Mine has a rubber plug over it.
