You'll have to figure out a rail system, but I think the biggest hurdle will be the door surrounds. The TJ system uses the rails of the door surrounds and the top absolutely won't work without them. You'll also need the header bar that the top attaches to across the top of the windshield and figure out a system of latches since it doesn't use anything remotely similar to the CJ system.

Your best bet is to sell it and get one made for a CJ7.
 
A TJ top can be made to work on a CJ-7, but the trouble is in the top of the windshield frame as a small section on each side needs to be cut. Theres other mods needed and really even though it can be rigged, sell it and go with a CJ/YJ top.

Will a CJ/YJ top work if I use the TJ roll bar??? I hear the bows may hit the back part of the roll bar???
