10W-30 fully synthetic motor oil is what you'd get at a dealership, and is the transmission manufacturers recommended fill after GL5 gear oil was incorrectly specced in the FSMs and owner's manuals since it is generally not safe for yellow metals.
Many use Red-Line MTL or MT-90, and these are the most often recommend oils for the AX transmissions. I have used MTL in the past. Currently I am using Red-Line's 75W-90NS which is their recommended oil for our transmissions. I find it no different to the MTL so far. When I first switched to Red-Line MTL the shifting improved massively over the hard shifting I had been having.
Fill plug is next to the clutch slave cylinder, make sure you can loosen that before removing the drain plug which is on the opposite side of the case. They are both a shallow 15/16" / 24mm hex head plug IIRC.
