Recently Purchased a 2008 Grand Cherokee Overland 3.0 L v6 CRD Diesel, (im new to diesels) and on the way home the MIL light came on and gave me the code for o2 sensor circuit range/performance bank 1 sensor 1. I understand it can be the o2 sensor itself needs replacing, wiring checked and all that. I will look under the vehicle when it warms up a bit to see what i can see. (-25 to -35°c here in calgary ab canada right now).

1)Anyway, i know this is upstream for the sensor 1 one each bank, is bank 1 driver side or passenger side?

2) Has anyone had this mil code and it turned out to be likely something else? Ive read loose hoses , maf etc.

3) I have freeze frame data from my reader when the mil code came on and hoping someone could read it and see a tell tale sign of an issue with a different component/ sensor. It shows the data of other sensors and pressure etc at the time and im unable to decipher if theres any info in that data that indicates an issue other then the o2 sensor itself.
Anyone with any knowledge on this data would help me tonnes, thanks. Ill attatch the FF data

I just got the same code yesterday. I cleared the codes and it was fine. I've had a different O2 sensor code, and I cleaned the plug, covered in dielectric grease, and plugged back together and had no issues. I also have a P0101 MAF code that I have yet to figure out. For the P0101 I have no replaced the MAF, Airbox Pressure sensor; and have yet to replace the MAP sensor. Now after the P2A00 code, I think I'll add on a new O2 sensor as well.
