Check out Chris Hager's thread. The Viper is also a DEI product, which installation is pretty similar. You will probably need to cross reference the wires since the pin connectors are likely different.

The 4103lx has different wiring for the heavy gauge wires. The 5806v has a 10 pin connector, while the 4103lx is a 6 pin. The labels and colors are also different.

Do you have a wiring diagram? What color wires are in your 10 pin?

 

This is the best thing I can find to help you out. I wish I found it earlier as I may have been able to figure it out while I was working on it and had everything in fresh thoughts

I'm lost on what to do with the rest of the wires

You don't need any of the wires related to flex relay, very few vehicles can make use of this functionality.

 

Almost all newer vehicles use the flex relay for either second accessory or ignition. Some even second starter....

 

IF I found the correct wiring diagram, I think you'll want the following. I'm adding a disclaimer here - I'm only piecing together information and giving you suggestions. I have no way of knowing if this is actually correct so proceed at your own risk.

Red - Jeep Ignition Switch (Red)
Red/White - Jeep Ignition Switch (Red)
Pink - Jeep Ignition Switch (Dark Blue)
Violet - Jeep Ignition Switch (Yellow)
Orange - Jeep Ignition Switch (Red/Black)
Pink/White - Jeep Ignition Switch (Black/Orange)

NC - No Connection
Red/Black - 12V Accessory/Starter Input - ???
Pink/Black - Probably Not Required
Green - Starter Input - ???
