Hey guys I just got back from this event. Let me tell you what an awesome time it was. The website said there were 3-4 thousand people there. Every campsite was taken. They opened up the whole town for us. You could even drive on the street to the local stores and gas stations in between trails.
We got in and set up camp then went out to watch all of these crazy rigs take on some of the nastiest rocks in the region. These trails sit below the dam on Grand Lake. There are so many places to go explore it's not even funny. I met so many people there and had one of the best times in my new jeep yet.
I might have had a few too many adult beverages and got a little in over my head in water crossing. But thanks to some on-lookers I got a tow back to camp and after about 12 quarts of oil, plugs, and filters, i got her running good enough to drive home. If you read this, thanks for the help!!
