I just put a corsa catback exhaust on my 5.7....now i want it all. I jus ordered a stage 2 afe cold air intake ....i was looking for headers to put in but i cant seem to find anything...is there anywhere i can find em? And will it be worth it....and lastly i am thinkin about getting a chip but wat kind of power increase will i be lookin at with which ones? Thank you for your time guys any info will be greatly appreciated

Probably no useful street power from any of those mods, although you can get a nice sound. For permanent performance/power improvement you first need a tuner, perhaps search the forum for diablo. There has also been several recent threads discussing performance. Many V8 owners here think the diablo is worthwhile with a custom tune. The engine compartment is narrow. Folks talk about doing this or that and you never hear from them again. The engine flows pretty good in stock form. Performance... look at the SRT, no replacement for displacement.

There are custom houses that will fit headers, if you must. You'll find one that will put a blower on for you :). But the WK2 is a heavy vehicle, not that suitable for racing in the streets. In my opinion, it would be less money in the long run, and a better return on your investment, to trade in your V8 for a SRT. The new ones with launch control are even more impressive.

Check american racing headers. They said their srt headers will fit the 5.7. Great product and Nick, the owner, is an awesome dude.

Kooks also makes headers for the SRT. Not aware if they're compatible with the 5.7 or not, but maybe if the AR ones are... worth a look.

Pricey pieces, for negligible gains like ColdCase said.

I think your best seat of the pants gain will come from a tuner such as the Diablo.

Send me a PM if you'd like pricing or just want to chat about the unit. I've been a dealer for their products for many years.
Yeah id definitly like to know more about the diablo... What can i really expectto get from it? Is it gonna mess up my cpu?

You might look into a 75 - 100 HP wet nitrous setup if you gotta have more power. That is probably the easiest and least expensive power gain you will find.
Lol that would be so sick...but not reallywhat i need considering ...jus lookinfor a nice power boost i still need it to be a beast when i take it through blizzards to go snowboardingn such

Good question, just put in an email to ARH to get their response.
I spoke with Nick, the owner of american racing headers today. They have headers for the 5.7. They can do different size primaries based on need and other planned mods. He has seen impressive power out of the 5.7 and says we would not see any decrease of performance with headers. He can install the headers if you are local to NY. Also if we wanted to do a group buy he would take care of us! Great guy who knows a lot.

2011 Dodge Durango 5.7 CREW owner here invading Jeep Forum!

Hey guys I know this is a Jeep forum but I wanted to share my setup with you guys since the generation 3 Durango is based so much mechanically on the JGC. I have done quite a few mods to my ride to increase performance. I have installed a K&N CAI, Moe's 87 mm ported throttle body, Diablosport inTune DCX 1000 91 octane tune and lastly American Racing Headers and full cat-back exhaust system. These are the long tube 1 3/4" x 3" headers and fit both the new 2011+ 5.7 Hemi on the Durango and Grand Cherokee. It was a PITA to install and took my installer 12 hours to do. He had to remove fenders and drop the suspension in order to get to the manifolds. In all I am very satisfied with my mods and would definitely recommend the headers to anybody. Here is a video I shot.. I will get a GoPro this weekend and post some better ones.

How much $$$ did all that set you back?
