I'm not sure what you mean by regular ones.

Those are regular Laredo cladding. The only thing you're going to find behind it are clip holes and double sided tape. If by "regular" you mean not the grey ones but ones that actually match the paint color of the Jeep like Limited, Overland, etc. Then you need to find those claddings from the yards, part outs on CL or dealership.

What im saying is the cladding that didn't have running boards these are molded around the running boards but I was thinking that chylser would have put those over the flat style cladding and I have tryed to call a junk yard they can't find it what im looking for are they called rocker cladding??? Or something else????

My wj had running boards and I took them off. Look at my build thread for pictures. I think what you are calling cladding is not cladding.

i called a dealership they called them rocker sill molding and cladding but im not paying 130 bucks a piece for them i looked at your build when u took off the running boards and " that molding" did u replace it something else or did u just leave them off

I never had the molding. Just the running boards. Take the molding off and carefully remove any clips that are fixed to the body and paint it if needed.

The answer is: A laredo has rocker cladding at the very bottom covering the rocker panels. It matches the cladding that is on the doors of a Laredo. A limited DOES NOT have cladding over the rocker panels, they only have the body color cladding on the doors. The premium running boards from Mopar has the rocker trim filler piece that fills the gap of where the running boards are and the body.
To install the mopar premium running boards on a Laredo, you have to remove the rocker panel cladding piece that runs along the rocker panel under the doors. That running board plastic filler takes it's place.
To install the mopar premium running boards on a Limited, you do not have to remove any cladding or rocker cover as Limited models are all body color and do not have a plastic cladding over the rockers.
So removing premium mopar running boards on a Laredo, you would need to put the plastic cladding for a Laredo back on the rockers. You would do nothing on a Limited.
Now.........you could just paint the rockers a matching gray like the door cladding and it would look fine.
