Anyone got a source for the plastic rivets that secure the bumpers to the wheel liners on a WJ? I've seen some on Amazon but I'm not sure which are the right ones. I assume the dealer will be pricey on these, I used to work at a body shop (not anymore, go figure) and OE body fasteners usually cost a buck or two a piece... I need at least 16 of these to do both bumpers + rear wheel liners.

I'm also looking for a cheap plastic rivet gun... all I've seen for sale so far are professional quality ones and I don't need one that nice. Don't have to have a right angle one either.

I noticed Harbor Freight sells a plastic rivet tool with an assortment of different size rivets, anyone tried it for WJ bumpers? I figure the tool may still work even if I need different length rivets or something. As common as HF is now I assume some here has tried it already, but if not maybe I'll buy it and find out...

I assumed they were just firtree trim clips, same as those which seem to hold most of the rest of the vehicle together. (all the missing ones from the front of mine were replaced by those removed from my parts XJ)

I just saw a martinbuilt video where he uses those. He starts reinstalling the rear bumper at about the 30:50 mark:

From the parts and tools list in the description of the video:

Not sure if this would help but do you have a Napa near you?
If you do and your Napa is anything like mine they sell all sorts of that kind of stuff.
They will have this loose leaf binder. It is not pictures but the actual part.
Lets you match up something if you have a sample or maybe at least you can find something that
can do the job.

There used to be a chain of places that sold nothing else. I went to one a few years back (just outside Little Rock, AK -immsmr) - like a warehouse with a reception desk just inside the door. Can't remember the name, but if they're still around, somebody on JF must know them.
