Hey everyone,

So I have decided to go ahead and put in a k&n air filter drop in to replace my stock air filter (I don't want to hear why there bad/ good). When taking out my old filter I noticed the inside of the box was really diry, from10 years of not cleaning, so before I put the new filter in I want to clean out the box. I went to remove it and I can not get the third and last bolt holding the box in place out. It is underneath the cyclinder which takes air in from the engine compartment. Is there a way to remove that cylinder while the box is still in place? I have searched wjjeeps and didn't find anything. I will probably replace all three bolts as well since they are rusted to *****.

Also, anyone know a good place for inner fender clips? eBay? Broke some of those suckers removing the inner rubber fender guard to get at the two farthest bolts!

Thanks!

That bolt was a pain, but I was able to get to it with a small wrench (would have been much easier with a ratcheting wrench). I don't think the cylinder is removable.
I didn't have to remove the inner fender cover when I removed my air box a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure what the clips look like.
