Memory seats erasing settings

Bought a 21 GCL in December. The memory seats continually lose their programming. Both profiles will change to random settings and sometimes clear out all programming. I've taken it to my local dealer 4 times. They've replaced the module and "cleared codes", yet nothing seems to work. Anyone else having these issues?

Honestly, not sure. I don't drive it often, and switch profiles even less often, but I swear at times it picks the wrong one.
I don't think we ever had to reset the memory, but do have to manually (lol) select 1 or 2 after entering instead of the Jeep detecting the profile associated with the key.

It's my wife's daily, but we bought it to be our primary family vehicle. She sits a lot closer than I do, so the key fob memory feature is a big deal to me and my knees. We've had it randomly swap the Uconnect profiles as well. I'm no engineer, but I'm leaning towards it being an issue with Uconnect or the key fobs.

Just curious, but are the settings retained when the key fob locks/unlocks?

Had a similar issue with my wifes expedition, she was primary driver, and we didnt changed anything between us when we drove as we are the same height, but when we'd take it in for service, the techs would move the seats, mirrors, pedals and wheels, then lock it when done. We'd always give them the spare key ring/foband so those settings would be set when they locked it with that fob. Fast forward to me taking my wife's rig for an errand, or needing to unlock it to get something quickly using the spare key, and everything would move back to that position. If I wasn't paying attention, or if my wife asked me late in the day, if I locked her car back up, and I inadvertently locked it with her fob again,, those new settings would be saved

They are temporarily being retained. I got in it yesterday using my fob, after my wife had been using her fob, and it put my seat in the gangsta lean position.

As with Fords, the key fobs have to be "trained" to each respective seating profile. On the 2nd visit to the shop, they asked me for both key fobs because they wanted to test them. I had only brought mine, so I went back home and took them the second one. When I picked it up 3 days later, I asked them if they tested both key fobs and they said they didn't test either of them. I came close to losing my **** on them. Once I programmed the fobs, both settings were changed/erased the next day.

Mine has never worked right with regard to memory settings, linking phones and memory to key FOBs, etc.

Well, it's been in minute since I've updated. After having my vehicle 4 weeks and putting it through "STAR" (sp?), they still didn't fix the seats. The driver seat still moves at random while driving. It's now been back at the dealership (6th) repair attempt) since 6/24 and they haven't done a thing to it. The dealership says that they've changed every single thing that has to do with the seat and it's wiring. They're waiting on Jeep to tell them what to do next. Jeep is dragging their feet on everything. Saying they are going to send one of their Techs or Engineers out to look at it. Jeep denied my request for them to buy it back, but my case manager doesn't know why. Conveniently, the buyback department doesn't talk with customers, nor do they have to give a reason as to why they make a decision. So, I'm making the payment on a vehicle that's not safe to drive while it sits on the dealer's parking lot.

Jeep said they'd reimburse me for a rental while it was in the shop. The first rental (midsize car) came to $2600 and they have yet to reimburse me for it. They keep saying they're processing it, but haven't sent payment. My second rental is already at $1600. I'm sure I won't see this reimbursement by Christmas time either. Y'all don't fall for it if they give you the same story they've given me.

I'm about to talk to my lawyer about a potential suite against Jeep.

Having the same seat memory problem with our 2021 GC It will work for a while and then one of us pushes the memory button and nothing changes. Readjusting the seat and storing it in memory will again work for a while and then one time the button is pressed and nothing happens. My wife and I have drastically different settings so it's very frustrating.

Did you ever find a solution? We just bought a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. The UConnect is always doing what it wants to do and changes screens all the time. It is annoying but now our seat started moving randomly while driving. This is dangerous but we haven't found a fix yet. Going to take it to the dealer we bought it from but they aren't a Jeep dealer so I'm not sure what they will say.
