im having the same problem. been through two caps. deciding whether to open this $25 cap I bought. ill try the new gasket and bend the cap first. good tips!

the extra gasket and bending the cap worked like a charm. new caps are cheap crap.

as another followup....its been months now (and hard for me to remember at the moment), but i had to end up replacing the entire radiator. i think there was too much sludge built up and it finally gave out.
