hey! i have a 2013 jeep grand cherokee laredo and the keyless entry and lock and push to start isn’t working. i had the battery tested and it wasn’t that and replaced the battery in both key fobs. does anyone else know how to fix it or even what is wrong with it? my dad said a fuse might’ve blown.

There is a receiver for the key fobs in thr rear of the vehicle. May be worth checking. It's located under the plastic panel that covers the area where lift gate latches when closed.

Edit ...see attached image I found from a random site...the red outline is the panel it's under.

Usually its one of the antennas. There has been quite a few discussion thread here over the years. You may be able to find something with a search. They made some subtle changes in 2014. If no one pops in here by tomorrow and you don't find anything on your own, I'll try to take a look. The FAQ has some search tips.

Dunno if you fixed this be now, here are a couple threads with ideas. 9 times out of ten its one of the antennas, the other on is the passive entry module.
