Ok, had an issue where I couldn't get car to shut off. Thought it was the ignition switch, bought new one for $14 at the local parts store. Installed part, nope, not it. I undid the 2 torx head screws between the ignition switch and ignition cylinder and found the issue, a broken actuator pin. Went to the local junkyard and pulled the part from a plymouth neon and installed. Car now starts and shuts off.
