Ive got the key with the chip in it or whatever and i lost my spare. The dealer wants like 100 to get me a new one. Whats the best way to bypass this feature so i can just use regular keys?

Not to add fuel to the fire but the sentry system is crap. Your want to be thieves will have problems but anyone with any knowledge can take your Jeep in a matter of minutes. All that is needed is a multi-meter and an assortment of radio shack resistors. I won't spell it out but you can find the info out there.

There are RFID modules already modded to bypass the system on all chrysler makes. Alarm shops normally sell them for remote start alarms. They can be used in other ways as well some actually plug into the harness with out any splicing. Not something your everyday thief walks around with. Just letting people know that the sentry key is not the solve all of vehicle theft systems. Never heard of Ravelco till you mentioned it and Googled it!
