Do you have any codes? What are the symptoms? Have you tried cleaning the ECU connectors?

I would suggest first taking the wiring connector off of the alternator and cleaning it really well. They are known to get oil dripping on them. There is a splash shield you may be able to find to install on the alternator to help in the future
