Hello everyone. I'm Christian, from Brazil. I own 2 wk's. A 2012 pentastar and a 2015 diesel.
We don't see those GC so often here in Brazil. Our market likes smaller options, like compass. That's why we don't find parts so easily here, and there is high taxes to import parts.
I had a problem on my 2012' transfer case. Chain got loose and was slipping. As a chain kit cost more than a full transfer case, the best option is change the t-case.
I've found two different part numbers, 52853664ag and 52853665ad, from different manufacturers.
That's why I ask to more experienced fellows, are they compatible, can I use any of it? Not so easy to find one with my pn, if I can use the other pn, will have 2x more options!
Thanks guys.

WK2s can be fitted with two different cases. The base without a traction mode switch on the console, or the QTII option that has a traction control switch 4low and neutral. It looks like 52853665ad is the QTII case with a shift motor hanging off, 52853664ag is the base QTI without the motor.

Yes, I think you are write. My Jeep is a limited, with the traction selector, and that other tcase comes from a Laredo. So, i imagine laredo's come without traction selector.
