I don't have a clue how this happened, but my drivers side front leaf spring has a very noticible bend in it about six inches in front of the rear attachment. It is right where the first helper spring ends. I am wondering if it would be possible to heat this up, and bend it back into its normal position.
I just use the Jeep for a daily driver.
Also what would be a possible cause of the spring to bend in this location.
FYI - the main leaf is bent up just before it attaches to the frame, leaving the spring much closer to the ground on this side of the Jeep or at least it appears to be, it is also possible that the body is higher on this side and gives the appearance of a low spring. I'll have to look a little closer to know for sure.
