I have an intermittent air bag light that is mostly on but will sometimes cycle on and off several times before staying on... I see a lot of discussion around the clock spring but cruise control and horn work fine so I don't think it's the problem.

Has anyone gotten the same code and successfully corrected the problem?

The clockspring is the absolute most common failure for that code. We replace clocksprings across the MOPAR board ALL the time. I dont know why Chrysler never figured out how to make a clockspring, lol. The clockspring has multiple wires bound in what looks like a flat circuit board connection band. You can have just a single connection break (open circuit) and not have any affect on the others. And it can be an intermittent seperation which would cause you exact issue. We have a load tester for clocksprings at the dealer that tells us 100% if its the clockspring or airbag but in your case not having access to OE diag equipment I would start with replacement of the clock spring as they are easier and cheaper than the airbag itself.
