except this is a tj in the video my xj is doing the same problem

I already have a new TPS which helped but just like the video i get to 2500 rpm it studders like that. As you can see in the video he gets passed it pass 3k rpms but mine never can get past 3k rpms!!?!?! any suggestions?

we had talked via email i told you mine was doing similar- Mine would start and run fine independent of throttle position unless i punched it... until losing spark at 2500-3000 rpms. i never figured out what it was. When the tempurature cooled in the fall the symptoms lessened, now with cold winter temps it runs fine. I was going to get out a heat gun or hair dryer and heat certain parts seperately to see if i could get the symptoms back but i have not done so. I tried a new coil and it ran the same. Still supsect my cps is starting to fail, want to test the grounds coming to/from brain for high resisitance too that i read somewhere here, though mine is an 87 which only had the two wires on cps.
By the way the video now says it doesnt exist.

tested within spec cps, tps, voltages at ignition module, did the wire loom wiggle test, grounds good.
