I bought my jeep this past saturday and I noticed it right away when I went and looked at it but I didn't think much of it. Now that I am trying to figure out what has all been done to it, it is starting to annoy me. The front of the tj sits higher than the back.. someone mentioned a spacer of sorts? I am very new to this and have no idea where those are. What can I do to resolve this so it is flat and even? Any help would be appreciated.

i would like to pick up a 8500 winch but will i have any issues when i switch to a new bumper in the future? I also don't have too much money to spend right now so ordering a bunch of parts at once isn't an option. I will measure when i get back from lunch :)

...back is 8 1/2 inches, front is almost 10 inches, from the tire to the side fender
That's not a good way to measure it.

Do you have a spacer on the rear springs. Look for something like these on top of the springs:
2" TrueTwo Jeep Coil Spring Spacers

A lot of guys will put these 2" spacer on all four springs and then decide the front is "low" especially when they have a winch mounted on the front. A favorite fix for this is to replace the front springs and spacers with 3" springs.

The stock front springs should measure right at 12" and the rear springs are 8".

That makes it level.Mine measured 6.5" clearance on all 4 flares/tires with 35's and that set up(1" BL also).

nope no spacers...but the front springs def dont appear to be stock...

just get a winch...smittybilt XRC 8 all the way!

Just get a soft top...easiest way to fix that.
