Operation chrome delete has begun. Really simple install with a trim removal tool. I’m hoping to get as many black replacement parts as possible and wrap what I cannot.

Part number for the black rings? Thanks! Looks great.
I think that he just removed the bright rings leaving just black plastic, OP can explain better if I'm wrong.

Thank you! Unfortunately when I was looking, the dealership I got mine from only had a Laredo with the black appearance package which did not have a sunroof and that was a deal breaker for me. Good luck with your future purchase!

Just installed the bottom 3 black trim pieces under the headlights and grill. What a pain in the a$$! I broke a few clips taking the chrome one's off.

Lets bring this back. Part #’s and lets see some pics. When I get mine Im doing the exact same on my 2023 Limited. Looks great!

That's a lot of work just to remove the chrome that should be available as an option to order...except it can't be.
I had no idea there was a package for blacking out the chrome until I visited a Jeep dealership and saw my (future) Limited
Hey guys sorry for the thread revival, I ordered the rings from my dealership here in NJ and they showed up primed? The dealer had them sprayed by their body shop $100. Here’s the thing, the bottom trim was high gloss black, (already painted) but the rings were not and I provided the vin# to the Altitude package.
Searched the threads, couldn’t find if anyone had this issue, also they opted to install for me. 1 hour labor. Yes it sucks but honestly, I didn’t want to break anything. Been there done that.
