I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with UConnect 5. I noticed today that none of my usb cables were charging my phone or my friends phone. When I pressed the phone button I got the message “USB error. USB must be removed for reset to complete.” I removed my cable and restarted the car and the message did not disappear. What should I do? Thank you.
