2005 jeep tj instrument gauge pin out

Anyone have a wiring pinout diagram for an 05 tj??

They seem to change the cluster pin diagram every few years. 2000 tj is different than the 05.

Shop manual in order but until then I'm stuck

Check to see if your wire colors match this diagram. I had a black connector in place of the green one. They may be after market connecters. In this diagram blue is left and green is right

The pin outs above are for 97-99 except the 97 doesn't have the ground in the C1 connector.
Cluster connectors shared by year grouping are 97-99, 00, 01-02, 03-06 I think.

Yes it does, but the FSM they have is from 03. There may be differences in the wiring between 03 and 06 though. There are certainly other differences, like the fuel pump assembly and fuel pressure that were introduced in 05.

Edit:
Just had a look at the 03 cluster connectors. The pinouts are the same except 03 doesn't have a wire at pin 10 of the C1 connector where the 05 has SCI RECEIVE (TCM). Most importantly though, most of the wire colours are different.

I think you're right. I believe in 04 or 05 they went through and changed the colors on just about every single wire in the vehicle. I have an 05 FSM that I use, so I really don't look at the online ones much.
