Right now my 92 XJ is sittin on cragar soft 8's wrapped in BFG All-Terrain 31x10.50's I found an awesome deal on a set of used (but like new) 30x9.50 Firestone Destination M'T's I just don't know if my jeep's gonna look a lot different with 30's on it. I think it would look wierd, but anyway, pics would be appreciated

Thanks

I'm in about the same situation. I would like the room for articulation without tire rub, but I'm thinking they will look too small

What lift do you have? if you have spring spacers you can remove the stock isolator to drop a 1/2" in the front. I'm running 30's on an 1" lift in front, 1.5" shackles in the rear. I'm thinking about trying to find 2" coils and a 2" add-a-leaf for the rear because I think an extra inch or so would look just right.

Here's 30's with 1.5" rear an 1" in the front

I think my Coopers might be bigger than most 30's though :dunno:

ya Longhorn, your jeep looks good sittin on 30's I've got 2" coil spacers up front and 2 inch lead blocks in the rear. It already kinda sits taller in the rear so I don't want to take out the isolator and drop the front even more

well those used 30's I found are sold, but I'm still thinkin about buying 30's when I get new tires. I kinda like that extra bit of room for flexing without tire rub

Here are some pics of mine but with 3 inches of lift. I have the exact tires you are talking about. I just went up in lift and now shopping for 32's. I may be looking to sell them. FYI- These tires look like 31's to everyone. IDK why. Must be the aggressive pattern. And I since I've been shopping around, most tires run slightly smaller than the actual application. So like a 32 inch would measure out to be 31.6 inches. With the Firestones they are actually truly the size listed. So right off the bat they are a little bigger in each class.

And here they are with the 4 1/2 inch lift as well. I actually got compliments with 30's on a 4 1/2 lift. I couldn't believe it. I'm still shopping for 32's though. :p

^ I'd be interested in buying your tires when you find a set of 32's, but I'm in Illinois, you're in New Jersey. Shipping would kill me
