How do you access the track bar bracket's rear hole on the front axle to weld on a new washer? There is hardly any space, even a flag nut is used for the track bar mounting. Is there a bolt on fix?

Drop the axle and then weld the hole shut - redrill it, I would not use a washer myself. Just my 2 cents - oh...and next time torque it correctly.

I'm not sure but someone probably makes a new bracket. I did a quick search but didn't find anything. I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find something.

On my buddies JK, I got a peice of 1/4" steel. Cut two squares that fit on both the front and the rear of the track bar bracket. Disconnect track bar from axle and swing it outta the way. Welded the peices of 1/4" steel over the wallowed hole, one in front of the bracket, one on the backside. Drill a hole through the peices that were welded on. Done 17k miles or so ago and still working great.
