took me too long to get this far, that all you need to know.

where are the vents going to be for the heat/AC? just via defrost and floor?
yeah prety much, I should have asked for vents to be put right under the gauges but ooh well, my AC is non existent anyways.

yeah im going to have more time after monday. i will post a lot of pictures.

Its steel and ABS plastic. no pattern. all of my measurements were made right before cutting, meaning that the faceplate wasn't measured until i already made the frame.

well the way i make my things (so far), i dont have a cad drawing or any formal schematic. its just some chicken scratch in a notebook. but i will say that this took me about 100 bucks in metal, 200 in gauges switches and electrical, and lots of time and effort. if you dont know how to fabricate i dont suggest you attempt this. this is difficult work and time consuming. it took me months from the time i took out my dashboard, to the day the new one was finished.

also, it isnt very wise to openly post your phone number on the internet.

i havent posted a youtube vid of this, but i really want to soon . just need to find time.

also i found some nice padding for the frame where the passenger sits. pics and vid will be soon.
