A year and half ago (new years eve day 2009)I finally purchased my first Jeep. I knew that I wanted an Unlimited because I wanted to be able to sleep in the back while out on my back country desert multi-day adventures that I didn't even know I would be taking. Looking back I now realize that 2010 would be an adventure in many different ways. An adventure that that would put the "unlimited" in my Jeep to the test time and again. Little did I know that my LJ would turn out to be a great friend which would take on a personality of its own. It also helped to play matchmaker in my love affair with the Sonoran Desert and backcountry roads less traveled. My first upgrade started simply with a new rear window and a legitimate soundsystem that I could use my Ipod and Bluetooth with. One week later I left the solid pavement for the first time to see what a stock LJ was capable of, or should I say what I was capable of behind the wheel of my stock LJ.... To be continued....
