Another IRO 3" For Reference

3" IRO lift with Doetsch Tech 8000 series shocks, Crown Auto isolators, IRO track bar, Moog HD stabilizer,
factory JK takeoffs with Firestone Destination 255/75R17 tires, no spacers, no trimming (so far).

New front wheel bearings, calipers, rotors and pads; death wobble @50-55mph when the tires come up to temp.

Lift - IRO 4.75" front / 4" rear, Bilstein 5100 shocks, new isolators all around, IRO adj front LCA, IRO fixed rear (for 4" lift) LCA, KOR rear UCA spacer, JKS adjustable track bar w/ram 2500 bushings, Addco rear sway bar, extended sway bar links front/rear, new ball joints.

Wheels/Tires - JK take-offs with BFG Mud Terrain 255/75/17, 1.5" hub-centric wheel spacers.

Trimming - Minor trimming of the front bumper.

It took a while, but I'm finally satisfied with the outcome!

I am new here...I just did a 2"front 2 1/2" rear budget boost with Skyjacker BlackMax shocks and 265/70/16 Goodyear Trail Runners. I went ahead and replaced the Steering Stabilizer with one from Moog.

I got old man emu 1.5" lift springs , Bilstein shocks 245/70/17 tire. I wanted to keep the spare in the stock location.

2002 Limited:
2.5" Freedom Off Road Springs, 3/4" aluminum plate spring spacers (front), 2.0 Fox Shocks, Rough Country Steering Stabilizer, Rough Country Quick Disconnect Sway Bar Links, 255/75/17 BFG Muds on 2016 Rubicon Wheels. I did a lot of trimming inside of wheel wells and on the front bumper.

275 70R18 (33") RC 4" long arm
Trimmed both bumpers. Washer bottle ZJ swap/relocate. No rubbing 90% of the time. Some rubbing when front sway bar disconnected and tires are stuffed.

I've been stalking this place since before I got a Jeep so figured I'd contribute.

I only for this at the end of last year and have spent most of my time fixing it up, seems that just about everything was broken on it when I got it. So it's only been on 1 shakedown run so far so no flex shots yet! But hope to rectify that soon.

I bought mostly as is so I'm not 100% confident on the lift kit, guy I bought it off said it was a 6.5" lift and thought it was OME, but after spending some time under the car and looking at others on this thread I don't think thats the case.

Lift: I think it's an IRO 4" Long arm kit with the Adjustable rear A-Arm add on. It's definitely a long arm from, short arm rear. Has the IRO Adjustable Rear A-Arm and replacement Rear control arms. Shocks and springs and all components look like this kit.
Looks to have a IRO or RC steering stabilizer too.

Wheels/Tyres: 275/70 18s. Moto Metal MO951s in Chrome. Wouldn't have been in my top 20 pick of wheels but can't complain about having 33s. The tyres scrub a bit in the back with a full load and in the front at full lock. I haven't had the wheels off yet so not sure if its running spacers.
Wheels are a tad wide and I think I'll go to a 265/70 when these are gone.

Notes: Front and Rear fascia have had a trim before me and parts of the wheel liner are missing in the front.

I do find that the rear clearance isn't great and it does sag a bit with a full load. Has anyone supplemented their lift with a 1 or 2" rear spring spacer? I want a touch more clearance in the back with a full load but don't want to jack it too high that it drives like rubbish.

My new baby

My first car was a 2004 Special Edition back in 2007 with 30k miles. It now has 147k and is rusting badly (I'm in New England). A couple months ago I bought and shipped an all stock, single (elderly) owner 2004 Limited 4.7 HO with 105k miles from LA and have been going through everything. I thought I'd share the new setup.

Stock silverblade wheels off my old '04 Special Edition powder coated (@powder__man on instagram) in "super root beer" and clear.

3" lift, mostly from Nick ([email protected]), some 10 years old, some new.

i have a 3.5" lift with adjustables all around and a 1.5" wheel spacer ... running 265 x 65 x 17 on jeep-rogue wheels.

Did some quick trimming of the front bumper to fit the bigger tires. They rub pretty bad with the wheel spacers.

I still need to put spacers behind the fog lights so they'll clear the tires. Right now the bulbs are pulled so they won't rip off.

I cleaned up the front bumper trim so it looks decent. Might splurge for an ARB winch bumper if I can convince myself it's worth it.

^^That undercarriage is CLEAN! I cannot wait to get back to AZ where the rust demon doesn't live, unlike here in Michigan. Love those wheels also, pretty hard to find though. I'd really like a set for my 04 Limited. Super nice ride you have there!
