What about this 1/2 for the ft lbs wrench ? The reviews on these cheap harbor freight wrenchs arent that great.. PPL say they dont click and they end up overtightening bolts. Oh and what other tools will i need for the plenum, i believe i will need something to remove the fuel line on the fuel rail correct ? What else ?

I bought that some time ago when Harbor Freight had it on sale for $19.
It has done just fine for me - I know it's not the best but it is accurate and
only cost 19 bucks - so what if it doesn't last forever.
