Playing around with flex testing in the garage to see how much up-travel I lost with the modified 8.8 that adds almost 2" to overall axle width.

Once I removed the bracket on the upper long arm there was enough slack in the brake line.

Looks like I need slightly longer parking brake cables if I plan to use the travel of the 6Pak shocks and Metalcloak JK springs. I will definitely need new lower shock mounts that will sit even with the bottom of the axle housing and they need to be a little wider to allow the proper flex of the shock bushing and allow for the tie bar that links the 2 shafts. I haven't decided if I will stay with the stock upper shock stud; the exhaust will be real close.

Ordered my new 1/0 cables from JeepCables.com. Got to get that going so I can start building out my front and rear anderson connections.

Drilled a larger hole in the passenger floor to drain the water.

Put the vehicles in the driveway on notice that they have four months to sort themselves out to be drivable and then I'm building the pig.

We'll see what happens.

That must be a serious leak you got there
I've had to use them twice on the trail. Worst time was when I had several inches of water on the floors. Popped the drains and it was empty pretty quick.

Think I went with half inch plugs but it's been several years so I'm not entirely sure.

Got my AOR taillights in. As soon as it warms back up and doesn't rain I'm going to try and get them painted.

Lubed the driveshafts and chassis, replaced the blown steering stabilizer, rotted caliper pin boots and front swaybar bushings. Installed brake pad sliders.
hi, what do you mean by "lubed CHASSIS"? what parts do you lube on the chassis?
