What did you do to your ZJ today?

Fed-ex brought my lift!!! Hopefully putting it in tonight after work and possibly trading my 17" soft 8's for Moabs tomorow.

Aired up my leaky rear pass tire, filled up the gas tank, and took some measurements :shhh:

Why doesnt the WJ section have this thread? I'm jealous!

Started her in the morning, started good, but began running rough. Thought I'd check connectors everywhere, disconnected the battery again. Checked over everything, and put everything back together, started her, drove her around, running great now. Now to get some sandpaper, and paint the rust.

Installed ARB Front Bumper

I installed an ARB Front Bull Bar on my ZJ today. It took about 2.5 hours, but it looks awesome. Now I just need to install the IPF 800XS Lamps I got for it. Can't wait!

Hit the brakes, pulled over, and picked up my rear bumper

drove it to and from work, filled the tank at 3.14 per gallon :brickwall: changed the brake lines with new extended ones that came with my lift from IRO. installed SOLID dif cover and cleaned the windows with invisible glass, crystal clear now, WOOHOO!

Put my lift on last night and rearended some lady at 10MPH in a down pour on my way to our shop to put my lift on. Cop says to watch out for this lady because she is shaddy and now shes complaining of neck injuries. No damage to her dakota, 1 hole in my plastic bumper from her resse hitch.

blew something up on the front end

got out to try to re-do my oil pan gasket since its still leaking, turns out i pinched it in the main bearing cap. then got hit by the first bands of tropical storm Danielle

filled her up with gas... 18 mpg... stock tires but roof rack, BB and winch... didnt think it was too bad! besides, better then my DD gets

got my jks quicker discos from ups. waitin on the rear end links to install :thumbsup:

psh, just ditch the rear swaybar. haha i didnt notice any difference after i took mine out. lol

seriously? 18 from a 4.0? ive got a BB and 30's on my V8 ZJ and i average about 18.5!

ive got the 4.0 with 33s and i get 12 to 14

so does this mean that my jeep is some kind of freak or does this mean that my O2/ignition/exhaust/intake combo really add that much MPG? awesome

WOOOO! im finally done installing my new Yukon 35 alloy shafts. they were $18 each. walkin through JY, saw a grand without its wheels, something purple and shiny caught my eye on the rear end. Yep, found yukon alloy shafts in the JY, in process of removing i removed the diff cover and 30 billion pieces of spider gears fell out. took the shafts by the cousins machine shop to have em checked. straight as an arrow and no signs of twisting.

well im also still running the stock 3.55s
