Put my long arms up for sale. The plan is to build a set and my buddy is gonna weld them up. Jeep is probably gonna sit for a little while, but that gives me an excuse to get the frame stiffeners on and bedline some stuff.

You see somewhat horny to get this bedliner going, so I snapped some shots to show you my progress so far and how I mounted the flares.

I will complete the rest of the bottom of the fender and front flare this week sometime (off til the 16th) and of course the entire underside and interior floor. Kind of project rubber our the rust.

I am considering an allen head button type bolt, so I only made shot the bolts with a little stencil. I will rubberline them to match a bit better - it's only noticeable with the flash, not so much during the day. plus my road is pretty dusty right now.

What do you think so far?

I have never done it and just bought it last year. I have garage, but there isn't room for a Jeep, let alone much of anything right now (stupid mom hoarding stuff, she is finally getting rid of stuff).

It included taking off the cover and resealing it and all the fluid.

Picked up some Rubicons with almost brand new tires from Craigslist. Nice seller, tires and wheels are in excellent shape. Crappy garage at night pictures...

Picked up some more parts for my front 44, Chevy brake calipers, caliper brackets, and axle shafts. Put in an offer for Chevy flat top knuckles. Contemplated going to the other JY in town and grabbing a 9" I've been wanting to get, but decided to wait since I made the offer on the flat tops.

Did a little more research about rear disc brake conversions for the 9" and found one that is almost the same as the Ford/Chevy hybrid brakes I'll be running in the front. 1/2 ton Chevy calipers front and rear with late 70's early 80's Caprice pads(so I can run EBC Yellow Stuff pads), and Ford 11.75" rotors all around.

well driving home from a gun shop purchasing my first gun as a grad present my temp spikes past 260.. my oil pressure drops to zero and the jeep is smoking out of the vents(in the jeep) and out of the hood..get it home and it shaking and sputtering..im not sure what but my brother is convinced i blew a head gasket =\

With i6 that just hit 100k miles (sweet!). Wj will become my new dd vehicle. xj should be happy because the money I put into ot now will be so it can be a dedicated trail rig. I don't know if I can insure both of them though so I might have to take it off the road or share it with my brother so my parents pay the insurance.

not today, but yesterday, left home with the XJ and drove to Lake George, NY for vacation for the week...

on the way up, the temp never went over about 175, i love my new 3 core all brass rad i put in a few months ago... overheating is no more... well till something else desides to break...

Long day: Replaced- serp belt, thermostat, plugs, caps and wires, air oil fuel filters, dist cap and button, basically full tune up. oh and brakes...
