Just went puddle stomping and now the brakes are really "mushy". I almost have to push the pedal all the way to the floor, using some considerable force, to come to a complete stop. Any suggestions on what might be causing it? I checked the brake fluid and it's at the full mark.

Put in a new oxygen sensor. Hoping my MPG goes up a bit now.

Strange thing was, I had a check engine light for something completely different.

Yeah it rained here pretty good today. There's this one street where the right lane was flooded a good 6 inches over the curb/sidewalk so everyone was in the left one (two lanes each way) that I went through 4 times, it was almost 100 yards long so it was fun but now my brakes are messed up and I hope it's just b/c they're wet even though I drove for ten minutes after and they still were when I got home.

Today I planned to fix a leaky tire bead after nearly rolling The Goat at Ocala's Hardrock park the other day. This idea led to having to buy an impact socket to remove the over-torqued lug nuts (previous owner must have installed them with a 500 ft-lbs air hammer). After removing the nuts I applied some anti-seize to the studs and did the same at all four corners, then reinstalled everything with the proper torque.

I also vacuumed the interior to remove the build-up of mud from the aforementioned Hardrock outing.

And then I reinstalled my anti-sway bar end links for the drive back to Miami on Sunday.

It was a busy day.

drove it to work and back and then to check out a 2000 dakota, 2WD regular cab short box with a 4.7. need to sell the car first but the guy selling the dakota might take the car on a trade! truck has $110k miles and hes selling it for $3100. i want.
The truck has 110,000 dollar miles  that's crazy :D

anytime.. i dont want you to have to learn the hardway!
I just used goo gone and a razorblade. I hacked up the paint a bit in spots, but I knew I was spraying it with bedliner anyway, so why try to be gentle :dunno:
