Got most of the rot cut out, a layer of rust stop primer over top, and is waiting for a welder. Unfortunately the buddy with one cant find his (they're in between houses) so I need to either find another or buy one... Where you guys welding the rear? To the second seat crossmember?

Also started to replace the rear liftgate speakers. Stopped when I broke the THIRD clip tower - any suggestions to get them out?

This Jeep so far has been both fun and EXTREMELY frustrating!!!
 After seeing these photos i now have more motivation for fixing my floor!! On a side note, if you order the pans from rockauto be worn there not 100% "drop in ready". Also might wanna check your cargo area too, mines rotted out there too.

Thanks for all the input on tires guys! I have arranged to test out my buddies 33x12.5's to see firsthand what it's going to be about.

I have a line on a set of Liberty 16" alloys which would allow me to run a metric size for the diameter I want, without a ridiculous width to run in snow.
Edit: Jeep is freshly aligned with tcase drop in. All but minimal vibes are gone, and it drives great! Even tested out the highway with no problems. I think the vibes are coming from the front pinion angle, still a bit low. Easy enough fix.
Looks good! 4.5 right? Also do you have a LP dana 30? Time to swap in HP D30
