Awesome my ruffstuff "cure" bushing is now back ordered. Cause if $20 for the part and $8.50 small box flat rate shipping (which is $5.90 at USPS) isn't enough. Now I have to wait longer.
What did you do to your XJ/MJ today?

I'm gonna take a swing at removing the front flares tonight so the striping process is underway. The emblems are coming off and the markers are getting painted black. Once the fenders are done, the doors are next, needing the locks removed. Then the hatch repair and stripe. And then the rear flares to do the quarter panels last. Debating on whether to do the gas door in non-black dp.

I dipped the bottom half of my Jeep and currently my fuel door is black. Haven't decided if I like it with the dip on or off the fuel door.

well. the ac stopped working. it blows hot air and the comp does not kick on. its not seized because that would make horrible noises

Hot air + no engagement usually means low refrigerant. Checked that yet? Otherwise the relay.

If it falls below a certain pressure it won't engage. It's a self protection feature. Cars that old leak slowly so you may have hit that. Or it could be the relay. Check both.

relay is fine.
after talking with my dad. (this was his jeep for a while) he said he got it recharged 7 years ago after the front end accident.
so what now. go to o'reilly/walmart or whatever and get that ac pro stuff?

That would be my first try, yeah. Get the one with the reusable gauge. It's a little more expensive but then you only have to buy bottles instead of a full kit from here on out for this or any other car.

Who needs AC?! I drove around all Florida without it. Moved to Michigan and both rigs don't have AC now. I removed em lol.nolanbalzarini said:

I don't NEED it but it's my road trip for the wife and dogs and my hour+ daily driver. I'd prefer not to show up to work sweaty and stinky every day or cause a divorce.

This is me. My comp seized while I was going 70 in the freeway. After that I swapped in the pulley and use natural Ac.

I ended up installing new 1/2" bolts in the trackbar. And tightened em down. Was gunna slap my stabilizer on but I'd have to take the steering off for that... And I was gunna install my winch but I ran out of daylight. I ended up getting 3/4 33's filled with air. Here's a preview.

and the radio stopped working. i hate electrical crap because you cant see whats going on.
