seriously, one of these threads needs to stay alive in the XJ/MJ section and what better time to get a real one going then now with the creation of the XJ/MJ GD. now, lets keep this going.

for me, all i did today was take pictures of my newly cut front bumper.

since the IRO longarm is a giant pile of crap, go with the 8.8.

Lmao awesome
I am very excited. Last night I had picked up my Leaf Springs, Centering Pins, an Leaf Clamps to build up my leafs. My plans for this weekend is lifting the Cherokee.

I will also be researching where XJ's leak from. I have found Lake Cherokee on my passenger side due to heavy rain.

All of my door seals were shot. My wife and I discovered this while in a car wash. It wasn't pretty

Thanks for the heads up. I will see if that leads me anywhere. I have noticed that the headliner was moist. Could just be from the water on the floor board, or it could be seaping thru the roof. I will spend some time inspecting the door seals as thats something I didnt even consider looking at.

What's wrong with them? That's what I'm looking at.

It runs at 80-90 percent of shaft speed when engaged instead of OE XJ clutch at 60-70 percent. Basically it is supposed to give you a better air flow through the radiator fins and provide 5-10 degree cooler operating temps. Which every little bit helps when wheelin it. So far seems to keep mine just under 210 while testing out on some errands yesterday.

Mmkay, now to find one....
Still waiting on quadratec to send my shifter bushing....two weeks .....
New tail pipe was sitting against my door when I got home. Hangers are supposed to be here later this afternoon so I guess I'm doing my exhaust tomorrow.
Weld through clevis mounts are supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but I somehow don't see them getting here in time for me to weld them into my back bumper.

Think of this, that is a 7/16 bolt through the upper control Arm mount on the axle and since its "3 link radius arm" all the stress goes through that one bolt and adjuster bracket. Seems like a lot of stress on a small area to me.
painted and installed headlight trim rings today. Looks much better with the broken gone . Really impressed with the duplicolor matched paint.went on well and dried nice. Also hopefully fixed my coolant temp sensor. cleaned it and used a little dielectric grease on the electrical contacts. so far works like new!
bought my aem wideband o2 setup so I can finally finish tuning the stroker. Should be here Monday!

This is what I'm thinking about. Seems good to me, I've never had any experience with them though.
