I really need to start taking tires home from work again. We're allowed to take tires off customers cars or trade ins that are getting new tires as long as the customer didn't want them.

Just sold a set of 31's off a truck (18" wheels or I'd have kept them) for $250 and my extra transfer case for $100. Stoked but kinda bummed that I just made more in 10 minutes than I make in a week burning to death at work lol
Yeah I got a set of 37x12.5x17 Mtr kevlars from work and sold em.for 400. I hated being a mechanic

Finally seeing some rain in Somerset!!! That means mood for me to go get this 2wd thing stuck in!! Lol

Hey VegasGT and cactusjack are you guys getting anything yet?
Dry as a bone here. Rained a couple days ago barely, and had a nice shower late last week but its so dry it still didnt affect anything. Rough and Nolin lake are both below summer pool still. :/

Organized the back.

Ripped wheel well liners out and cut n stuffed a pool noodle in there to keep it some what clean

also drained trans pan. Checked oil. And maybe blew up my headunit? Sub/amp have power just no sound to the speakers? Idk. Also put another coat of under coating on y cut n folded rear. Need to find something better tho.

How it sits. Still need to trim the front more for a cleaner look.

Wow it came a flood here. But still looking dry this morning and like you said about your lakes, Cumberland is drying up. And doesn't help that the damn project still has the water 42ft below normal levels!

Lol its so weird how dry things are. Last year the lakes were 47 feet ABOVE pool. Peoples lakehomes got swallowed. This year? Dry as hell and too hot. I cant remember the last time I truly wheeled.

It's been along time for me also. And now my XJ is back to 2wd till I get a new T-case in her. What do you think a out an adapter for the '79 ford NP205 I have. Put it in the XJ. I know it'll be by far the strongest mod to date, but for the cost of the adapter and yokes I could just rebuild my 231. And put a SYE in it. But the 205 is already set up that way and I could do a twin stick on it for front or rear digs.

I used the spray foam to fill in the holes in my rear fenders from the previous owner doing a hack job on the fenders and it helped a lot to keep the water out of the back of the jeep same with mud I sprayed and let it dry and got my grinder and evened it up and painted it the same color as the jeep

The noodle is so far in u cant see it. Plus my jeep is red lol I thought about spray foam but I was worried about it holding moisture and it chips pretty easy.

Hoping to be starting this weekend (for the first time since purchase). Have a few things left to do.

Install Torque Converter Bolts (still need to purchase)
Install Tranny Cover
Final Tranny Line connections hooked to Radiator
Add Fluids (Anti-Freze, ATF, & Fuel)

An with any luck, can pickup a Driveline so I can be driving this weekend.
