Thanks guys, it took a while but I love it one of my favorite mods by far I'm not afraid to get a little water in it and I can pull the carpet out so easy. Picked up these today...finally
The drill bit is to long to work well. I cut 2/3 of my drill bit off so it and the drill would fit between the hinges. And you might need to grind the head of the Bottom pins towards the doors for clearance. they work best going in from the bottom, do to the curve of the doors. Oh and I don't think there will be enough clearance for the spring tab on the clip of the pin. Mine are snug and fit very. Very tight.

This is the bottom pin you can see where I tried putting it in through the top first. I hope this helps let me know how it goes. Good luck buddy.

i know on mine i had to put the upper pins in upside down too, but mine had the ball lock instead of the tab. The tighter the pins are the less sag the doors will have, and the less realignment you'll have to to, but them also being tight will make it a pain to remove with out a hammer.

Also, he should have the new style hinges on his XJ, they're a bit different.

Today I moved front wheels on the grass 2ft to work on the headlights and grill ect. Anyhow I went in the house for 15minutes to call the dealer and some black guy comes to the door asking if I want to sell it? And I'm like no.. and then he says there are 2 tickets and a tow away sticker on it! Yep, I got a 2 tickets for it being parked on my own grass, $100 bucks!!!

I've been thinking about doing my winch like that. More pics of how you cut out the rad support and welded everything, would be much appreciated.
I didn't cut out anything, I don't have a winch yet, so I didn't bother.

however, you don't have to get rid of the rad support. you cut underneath it.

copied from the MFGs thread on pirate: note the rad support still there.

I found out an old buddy from school had this XJ and he offered me $100 bucks to swap out the T-case while he was out of town. So I've been replacing seals in the new to him unit. This is XJ and I'm gong to get him on here.
Yes XJ not MJ.

Here's a pic they are a thousand times better than stock I'm also waiting on my headlight bucket for the other side
I just looked those up and saw that they are plug and play, but I thought for H4 bulbs you had to upgrade the factory headlight wiring or something?

You might also want to introduce him to a water hose and some purple power
