Back here in the far west, there are a lot less Feds, and BS. More Park land, Public lands, and even private Forest land, even the private forest/ logging companies don't care much about wheeling (but try not to get in the way). Most of the places that are gated/ closed were due to garbage dumping, NOT people wheeling!
