Painted arms look awesome! My xj is also white so I'll probably steal your idea because mine are getting to the point where they look a little ratty and this would help make it stand out a little more. I'm not kidding when I say I stopped to get gas the other day and My Jeep was one of three white xj's in the parking lot. Looked liked a convention!

New shocks and a new steering stabliizer put on sat. After the time I had with the stabilizer i needed a couple days to recuperate. Shocks were no problem. Took a two jaw gear puller and a torch to get the stablizer out after I found out a pinion fork and sledgehammer wouldn't !

replaced driver side wheel bearing only to find out that wasn't what the problem was. Still trying to figure it out. Maybe passenger wheel bearing? Constant roaring sound with street tires so IDK.

Pulled spark plugs and checked gap on them ( I wanted to see if the original owner knew what they were doing) regapped plugs, reinstalled and proceeded to lay down an approximately 100 foot black mark ..Love that tire spin!

painted and installed headlight trim rings today. Looks much better with the broken gone . Really impressed with the duplicolor matched paint.went on well and dried nice. Also hopefully fixed my coolant temp sensor. cleaned it and used a little dielectric grease on the electrical contacts. so far works like new!

Switched rear glass that was original to jeep back in so hope fully i will have more than two lines of the defroster work! Rear window also had the factory tint so it looks much better since it matches the rest of the rear glass. Also put new struts on rear door so now i dont have to worrry about getting nailed in the back of my head anymore.

could of been worse. did the fuel injector upgrade and stupid me didnt have a fire extinguisher handy when i cranked it. looks like two o-rings didnt seat and i had flames at front and rear cylinder.. melted tube going to valve cover into two separate pieces and burnt the wiring to front fuel injector. dry chemical in fire extinguisher works but eeeecchhhhh it makes me gag every time i have to be around it.

Damn that sucks. That was the first thing that went through my head when I was getting ready to crank the jeep after swapping injectors...I had an assistant standing by with my extinguisher.
that was the part that ticked me off the most......I knew better! well i know not to stick my foot in that trap again.
