There are a few around, but I'm not sure if you pull the parts or they do. There is one on Chestnut Road in South Charleston, I think it's called Auto Parts Outlet maybe.

Baldwin's is also up I-77, just google it and the address and contact info pops up. I haven't ever dealt with any of them but you could give them a call.
