I have a 1998 ZJ 5.2 and I hear water sloshing around behind the glove box, passenger side area, does anyone know what this is caused by and encountered it? if so, what is the correction?
thanks
Heater core is in that area, and the water sloshing most likely means there's air trapped in the heater core. Check the coolant level in radiator and coolant overflow tank.

I had this ! but it turned out to be a quart bottle of carbonated water that rolled under the passenger seat and was lodged. I never before had a Jeep that was quiet enough to allow me to hear such a faint sound. I am still laughing a year later, as I was looking up heater cores, etc. etc.
