After using 4 lo when i went back into 2 wheel drive i could hear a clicking sound coming from the tcase. When i turn the wheel it still feels like its engaged in 4, I have tried several times to put it back in 2 wheel drive but i can still hear the noise. Maybe a linkage issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Try adjusting the linkage between the body and the transfer case. Could be your slip collar with the bolt is loose and not letting it get back into 2 wheel drive. I believe the bolt is a 13 mm.
Thanks man i was looking at that before and thinking that might be what i need to adjust but i was unsure thanks again
