Looks nice!
Thanks!

So my rear pinion seal took a **** on me again.

Also a U joint strap came loose.

Just driving along about 350 miles after URE and "clunk clunk clunk" it dropped out.

As far as the seal goes I suspect premature wear also due to the fact that my first seal replacement was 3 months ago and maybe I didn't torque the pinion nut enough or apply enough RTV. :dunno:

For the U joint strap, there is some scuffing on one of the bolts and the corner of the strap. I was rocking on the diff pretty hard on a section of Daniel which I suspect to be the cause.

Hadn't really done much to the Jeep until recently.

Swapped over the a ZJ tie rod and went with an adjustable front and rear track bar.

Right now i'm just saving up for the axle swap.

Here's this weekends trip to URE. For having 30" tires with 25k on them they still pull me through a lot.

So the TSL/SX's were getting out of balance every 500 miles for some reason and since the tread was getting low i decided to go ahead with the next step in my plan..

33" semi-mud terrain tires for DD'ing.

Once the D44's go under they will be my around town tires and i will save up for a set of 36" TSL/SX's along with some allied beadlocks that will be loaded into a trailer and brought off roading.

Ordered a UCF transfer case and engine skid, novak cable shift, JKS motor mount lift and an AA SYE. Installing the body lift and doing a spark plug change this weekend, along with getting the brackets tacked onto the D44.

So everything has come in and the Jeep is getting prepped for its winter hibernation. If it hits the 60's again i'll pressure wash it one more time before bringing it in the garage for strip down.

The plan is as follows...
1) Pull the D30 and D35
2) Install the front D44 with the 4 new adjustable control arms
3) Take measurements of the D35 brackets
4) Tack on the new brackets to the rear D44
5) Install the 4 new rear adjustable control arms
6) Check for fitment with rear D44 brackets
7) Cycle the suspension both front and rear
8) Burn in the rear brackets or repeat step 3,4, 6 and 7
9) Pull transfer case skid and transfer case
10) Install SYE
11) Install body lift
12) Install motor mount lift
13) Re-install transfer case
14) Measure yoke to yoke
15) Order Tom Woods CV driveshaft
16) Wait
17) Install driveshaft
18) Cycle suspension again
19) Test run :cheers2:

Well the D30 is out. Just realized my shock mounts are for the eyelet style shocks and now I'm debating on cutting the D30 shock bracket and welding it into the D44 Sent from my iPad using JeepForum

Opened the garage this morning to a rainy day, ugh, paint is never going to dry. Picking up 2 more 6 ton stands and hopefully I'll have the transfer case out and SYE installed by the end of the day. Btw, the rostoleum undercoating is awesome for touching up the frame.

Do you still have your stock rear shocks? If so, you can get the sleeves from the lower bushings on the rear shocks.
No I don't, I'm going to mess around with the stock mounts a little and see if I can brace it strong enough. It seems like it's going to work and it's going to be the easiest option for me right now, if I don't think it's going to work then I'll figure out how to swap out he bar pin later.

Nice build she looks great, love that is is a joint effort with the wife, not sure to be jealous of that or scared - lol - but it looks like she is great at modding.
