Amazing what just a pair of rims can do to make it look so much better. The other upgrades look great.. just need a lift now! :2thumbsup:

it doesnt look clean, it IS clean. haha. yeah the rims made the most difference in appearance.

its not 'my' CJ. its my parents. but i helped build it with my dad. and i do plan on lifting the XJ, just not anytime soon as i am a full time student. so maybe once i start my career i will throw a TNT 4.5" y-link and 35's on her

its just from the tires rubbing, which is surprising because they are only 235's.

yeah it amazes me where it will go. i didnt get stuck that day at all. got close though. definately gave my skids a lot of use but thats what theyre for. and i do have some slight rocker damage under the front passenger door as well. and the fender damage isnt even from rocks!! haha

got the LCA replaced. i scored stock TJ ones for free. i had to loosen the bolts on the back of the frame mount to get them to line up easily. i know thats for the alignment, but since i didnt add or subtract shims, i should be fine. i just used a screwdriver to line them up to get the bolt in.

threw in some hockey puck bumstops yesterday.

and this is why

so whoever says 235's dont rub on XJ's, they lie! but its because i have only 4" of BS.

they rub in the rear pretty bad too, even with just my subs and 2 golf bags, they rub over bumps
